BAHAN:
350 gram krim kental
350 gram susu kental manis putih
4 sendok makan selai dark cherry
ice cream cone
CARA MEMBUAT :
Kocok krim kental hingga kental.
Tambahkan susu kental manis, aduk rata. .
Tuang ke kotak plastik. Bekukan 3 jam.
Aduk-aduk denagn spatula plastik sampai es hancur lagi.
Tambahkan selai dark cherry, aduk, bekukan lagi.
Sendokkan es ke dalam ice cone, lalu sajikan.
untuk 6 porsi
BAHAN:
350 gram krim kental
350 gram susu kental manis putih
4 sendok makan selai dark cherry
ice cream cone
CARA MEMBUAT :
Kocok krim kental hingga kental.
Tambahkan susu kental manis, aduk rata. .
Tuang ke kotak plastik. Bekukan 3 jam.
Aduk-aduk denagn spatula plastik sampai es hancur lagi.
Tambahkan selai dark cherry, aduk, bekukan lagi.
Sendokkan es ke dalam ice cone, lalu sajikan.

MELONPAN
Ingredients:
Bahan isi:
Roti 4 lembar dipotong mjd kotak2 kecil atau bread crumbs +/- 160 gr
Susu cair secukupnya
Bahan luar:
Tepung hotcake (bisa morinaga atau showa) 150 gr
Telur 1 btr
Butter 20 gr
Susu cair 1 sdm
Directions:
Untuk membuat isi:
Campurkan susu dan roti sampai rotinya seperti kalis
buat bulatan2 dengan kepalan tangan.
Biasanya dgn bread crumbs 160 gr bisa jadi 8 bulatan
Lalu diamkan sambil membuat lapisan luar
Untuk membuat lapisan luar:
Cairkan butter
Masukkan telur lalu kocok dgn tangan
Masukkan tepung hotcake dan susu
Aduk dengan tangan hingga kalis dan ga nempel
Alas talenan dgn plastik wrapper, letakkan adonan, lapis lagi dgn wrapper (jadi atas-bawah)
haluskan dengan penggilingan kayu sampai pipih dan sebesar talenan
simpan di kulkas selama 15 menit
Setelah 15 menit, keluarkan adonan
Potong2 menjadi 8 bagian, pipihkan lagi
Bungkus masing2 adonan isi dengan lapisan luar
Rapikan dengan tangan menjadi bulat agak pipih
Sayat sedikit bagian luarnya agar ada alur kotak2
Gulirkan di gula pasir (granulated sugar)
Panaskan oven 180 derajat sebentar
Lalu bakar selama 15-25 menit (sampai warnanya kuning kecoklatan)

Kemarin2 ibu wa ke Singapore tapi dia cuma bawain coklat klo roti susah bawanya, bisa2 di pesawat rotinya jadi gepeng atau malahan jadi busuk sayangkan. Mendingan ntar klo wa punya duit banyak langsung ke sumbernya yaitu Jepang.
